We've just launched our online e-learning course, A social marketing approach to behaviour change.

Over seven modules, it follows the whole social marketing planning process from beginning to end. It guides you through how to scope, develop, implement, evaluate and follow-up an intervention to change or maintain behaviour.

The modules are:

  • 1. Introduction to social marketing
  • 2. Getting started
  • 3. Learning from others
  • 4. Researching your audience
  • 5. Insight into action
  • 6. Developing your intervention
  • 7. Implementing and evaluating your intervention

We are also working with the Chartered Institute of Marketing to provide accreditation for the course.
