All relevant monitoring and evaluation information needs to be drawn together in a report that can be shared with key stakeholders. The report should deal with the process that has been followed, present the outcomes achieved, setting these against the baseline (or starting position) and against the aims and objectives.

The report is an important addition to the evidence base.  It will be an important source of information for other people facing similar challenges.  It should, therefore, report both the things that have worked well and those that have not and be made widely available where possible.
